Chandranna holds a degree in Mechanical Engineer with 35+ years experience in Design, Product Development and Manufacturing in the industry. He has extensive work experience in Design and Development of Earth Movers, Hydraulic Systems including electro hydraulic servo systems, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), material handling and electric vehicles, articulated aerial lifts and heavy duty electric tugs. He has executed very high profile projects for Airports (such as Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport Mumbai) and Automotive giants (such as Toyota, Hyundai and Maruti-Suzuki). He is the brain behind Suchana.

Bharath is a successful and serial entrepreneur. He has Masters in journalism and Communication, with an extensive experience having previously worked with corporate giants like Infosys, Manhattan, FCG, Indian Air Force, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd and DRDO. He specialises in brand management.

Manjuanth holds an engineering degree in Electronics and communications. He has over 35 years of experience in the IT industry at various leadership roles in many domains such as Process Control and Automation, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA),  Online Transaction Processing (OLTP), Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud based products, Enterprise and Telecom Network Management, Life Cycle Management of IT assets, and Large Distributed Enterprise grade products. He has built and worked with globally distributed teams. He has previously worked at Dept of Atomic Energy, CMC Ltd, Reynolds Metal Co USA, Sun Microsystems & Oracle Corp.

Shivakumar is a successful businessman and is actively involved in local governance of his home town Chitradurga. He is on the board of directors in many financial and educational institutions in Chitradurga, Karnataka.
